The "Book a call" form

When you send the form, I receive what you typed: your name, work email, company, website, role, team size, what you want help with, where your team is with AI, your timing and your budget range. Along with it the site records the page you sent it from, the time, and the country your request came from. It does not store your IP address with your answers.

Your answers are stored in a database on Cloudflare, the company that hosts this site, and emailed to me. I use them to prepare for our call and to reply to you. I don't sell them, share them, or add you to a mailing list.

To have your answers deleted, email hello@thomastheaiconsultant.com and I'll remove them.

Booking a time

After the form you pick a time through Cal.com, which shows my calendar on this site. Cal.com receives your name and email so it can put the call on both our calendars, and it has its own privacy policy. The site also sets a cookie that lasts one hour and says only that you sent the form, so the calendar knows to open. It holds nothing about you.

This website uses Google Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful: which page you arrived from, roughly where in the world visitors are, and whether the "Book a call" button gets pressed. It uses cookies to tell new visitors from returning ones, and that data is processed by Google as part of how the service works. I look at aggregate numbers only. If you block analytics with your browser or an extension, everything here works exactly the same.

What's saved in your browser

If you use the light/dark switch, your choice is saved in your own browser so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare, which handles every request and keeps short-lived security logs, as any host does.
